Read about this resort on my flight - it's located in Southern Utah between Lake Powell, Zions, and Bryce. Some guy purchased this primo land - 600 acres worth in Canyon Point, Utah. Kind of hate that it's there, but would of course really love to stay there. $800 a night.
The same owner also has resorts in Bhutan, Philippines, Thailand, and a couple other places that I don't even recognize. See more here.
