I'm not much of a "trend" watcher - pretty much I think trend is a bad word. BUT if I were to say that I saw one over riding "trend" while I was in NYC it was the short shorts. They were everywhere and surprisingly (for the most part) the genetically blessed girlies that decided to sport them really pulled them off.
