I looked up Koji Tsutsi's work initially because of the project i read about in Dwell this month about a village in Uganda that Tsutsi built,
yet I found he has phenomenal contemporary urban work as well. Based out of San Fransisco he also has a lot of projects in Tokyo, Japan.
