This crazy artist/architect is one that convinced Caitlin (my once roommate) to move to Oakland, CA in the middle of the semester to work with him.  I finally looked him up and from his architecture work alone I can tell he is definitely a character.  Plus his web page is fascinatingly complicated and intriguing
